What types of photo products and gifts do you offer?

Our extensive line of Digital Photo Upload cards include Horizontal Folded, Horizontal Flat, Vertical Folded, and Vertical Flat designs. When ordering, you can add and edit your personal photos as well as customize the inside of your cards (when Folded design is selected).


In addition we also offer gifts that can be customized with photos, such as mugs, mouse pads, photo panels and holiday ornaments. Our Gift selection also includes memory books, picture frames and keepsakes to store and cherish a baby's first moments.



What photo options do you offer?

You will be able to edit your photo during the ordering process. Once you have uploaded your photo(s), you will be able to place them exactly where you would like them to appear on the card or photo gift. You will also be able to crop the photo to capture just what you want to appear on your card or gift. Want to rotate an image? No problem.



What files do I submit for my photo cards or photo gifts?

For best quality, please submit a clear, high resolution photo.

Minimum Photo Size: 72 dpi
Maximum File Size: 8M



How do I design my digital photo card or photo gift?

First, browse through our selection to find a product or design that will best complement your photo(s), which you'll be able to upload once you select a quantity. Simply drag and drop your photo onto the photo template. You can then crop/edit your photo as you see fit by using the zoom and rotate features. All photo cards have editable text on the front.

Not sure if that's the item you want? No problem. You can browse our line until you see a card or gift you like, then click "Personalize". Your photo(s) will remain in the photo tray for you throughout your selection process. Once you have decided on a product or design and edited your photo the way you want it to appear, simply hit "Next."

Folded Photo Card Orders: You will be brought to the Personalize Your Card page. We offer "Customizable Ink" with the ability to make your own custom greeting and imprint in fonts/colors/sizes of your choosing. After you've completed that step, hit the "Next" button and you will be able to personalize your envelopes with your own personal imprint/message.

Please note, envelope personalization is currently not available for designs printed on Photo Paper.

Photo Gift Orders: You will be brought to the next step on the order process to complete your order.



How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders for Digital Photo Cards and Gifts will ship in 3-5 business days. Orders for Personalized Photo Gifts will ship in 2-5 business days.



How do I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. For your convenience, we also accept PayPal.



How can I determine the price of my order?

Select the product that you would like to order and click the "Purchase" button. Fill in the information that you would like on the online order form and proceed with the order process. Your subtotal will display in the shopping cart. If after viewing the price, you do not wish to place your order, you can simply delete the order from the shopping cart.

How do I place my order?

How do I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order online by accessing the Order Status page on our website. Please have your account or order # and zip code available. If you have already established an online account with us you can Login for easy access to this feature. Our site is updated daily, so you can check back regularly for updated order status and shipping and tracking information.



Can I check my order history to find out details of previous orders?

You can check on the details of previous orders by accessing the Order Status page of on our website. Please have your account # or previous order # and zip code available. If you have already established an online account with us you can Login for easy access to this feature. You will be able to see pertinent order details for all orders placed on your account.



How much is shipping and handling?

Shipping and handling charges are based on the item/quantity ordered and ship to location. Your shipping and handling charges will be displayed for you to review after you have added your item(s) to your Shopping Cart.

Please note: At this time, we do not ship internationally.



Can you send me some samples?

Please note that our entire product line is available to view and order on-line. You can request our Christmas sample package that includes 6 samples of pre-selected popular photo card designs by going to our Sample Request page. At this time gift samples are not available.



What if I am not happy with my order?

Will my order include envelopes?

Yes, every card comes with matching white envelopes. Envelope personalization is available for FREE on designs printed on Card Stock. Envelope personalization is currently not available on designs printed on Photo Paper.
